RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Not 100% satisfied with your order? All full price products can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel (21 days for international orders). Refunds are not available on sale items, however a store credit will be provided which can be used on an alternate size or product.

In order to process your exchange, credit or refund, the goods will need to meet the terms and conditions detailed below. Refunds will be credited to the card used to purchase the original product.

What can I return?

  • Returns can be made providing they are returned within 14 days of receiving them. Any items purchased within 14 days of purchase as long as the items meet our return/exchange policies.
  • Providing proof of purchase, we accept all unworn, unwashed items re-sellable items with original tags still attached.
  • Store credit or exchanges are available for sale products returned within 14 days. No refunds are available on sale products.
  • No further markdowns can be applied to items purchased at a discount or during sale periods.

The following CANNOT be refunded:

  • Sale items.
  • Bodysuits, G-strings, briefs and hosiery that have been tried on with direct skin contact.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
  • Marked items including make up, tanning products.

Sinful Lingerie & Intimates reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned worn, used, soiled or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender.

You will be notified via email if your returned item is not eligible for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.  We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Sinful Lingerie & Intimates will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that you ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Sinful Lingerie & Intimates. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Sinful Lingerie & Intimates online account once the transaction has been processed. 

Have you received my return?

If you have sent your parcel back and have not yet received a credit or email confirmation please follow these steps

  1. Enter your tracking number on the website of the courier you chose.

If the courier says that it has arrived safely, please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to be processed. We will email your credit to the email address used when you placed the order.

  2. If you still cant find it and its been more than 5 business days since your parcel arrived, please email us at hello@sinfullingerie.co.nz and a customer service representative will be in contact.
