What Payment Methods do you accept?

Sinful Lingerie makes it easy to buy online with a range of safe and secure payment methods, including all major credit cards. Our Payment Merchant is Shopify Payments so you can be sure all payments are secure and we do not hold any payment information on file.

We also offer AfterPay so you can shop now and pay later

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Sinful Lingerie’s online store is features a safe and secure payment gateway (Shopify Payments) and our
systems will never store your credit card details.

How much does shipping cost?

Sinful Lingerie offers FREE standard shipping New Zealand-wide on all orders

International shipping to Australia is $25.00NZD


How are my items delivered?

All of our orders are dispatched via Track-and-Trace courier within New Zealand & Australia. We use NZ Couriers & Fedex, depending on your location.
For all deliveries and you will receive a tracking code and link to track your order once it has been dispatched.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days when you select standard courier delivery, or up to 5 working days if you live in a rural area.

For orders to Australia, delivery is 7-10 Days

Unfortunately during high-peak times like Christmas or Sale times courier services can be delayed and unfortunately these are out of our control.

Can I return items if they don't fit?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sinfullingerie.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address supplied when you email us.
We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my lingerie arrives damaged or has a fault?

Sinful Lingerie values high quality, so the utmost care is taken with ALL of our orders to ensure your satisfaction. We screen our items carefully for manufacturer faults before shipping, and while our orders rarely arrive in less than perfect condition, we’ll replace a damaged item in the unlikely event that this does happen. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within three days of receiving your purchase. We’ll let you know how to send your purchase back to us for replacement.

What sizes are available?

Sinful Lingerie is currently available in sizes S – XXL. Grab a tape measure and head to our handy online Size Guide to find your perfect fit! For your peace of mind, Sinful Lingerie offers returns and exchanges on items that are unworn with tags still attached.

Please note, all returns must be in original and unworn condition,
and the return of your items is at your own expense. Please contact hello@sinfullingerie.co.nz to enquire about making a return or exchange.

We also have a Plus Size Range coming later this year.
